Travzed provides travel-related services including but not limited to visa assistance, hotel bookings, tours and excursions, golf bookings, car rentals (in partnership with Al Saqr Al Masy Car Rental), airport Meet & Assist services, and ground transportation.
By using our website or booking services through Travzed, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. These policies govern all bookings, inquiries, and transactions made through our platform or representatives.
Travzed acts as a travel facilitator and may work with third-party suppliers to deliver certain services.
2. Booking & Confirmation Policy
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Travzed or the respective service provider.
A booking is considered confirmed only after written confirmation is issued and any required payment has been successfully processed. Clients are responsible for reviewing booking details carefully and notifying us of any discrepancies immediately.
Travzed reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings if necessary due to availability, pricing errors, or supplier limitations.
3. Payment Terms
Full or partial payment may be required depending on the service booked. Payment deadlines will be communicated at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods will be specified during the booking process. Failure to complete payment within the specified time may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice until booking confirmation is issued.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation policies vary depending on the service and supplier. Hotels, tours, golf courses, visa services, and car rentals may each have different refund rules.
Clients are advised to review cancellation terms before confirming any booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to supplier timelines and policies.
Service fees, visa processing fees, and certain administrative charges may be non-refundable.
5. Visa Services Disclaimer
Travzed provides visa assistance services but does not guarantee visa approval. Visa issuance decisions are solely at the discretion of the respective government authorities.
Clients are responsible for submitting accurate and complete documentation. Any delays, rejections, or additional requirements imposed by authorities are beyond Travzed’s control.
Visa processing times are estimates and may vary depending on government procedures.
6. Third-Party Suppliers & Liability
Travzed partners with third-party suppliers including hotels, transportation providers, tour operators, golf clubs, and car rental companies.
While we work with trusted partners, Travzed is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our control caused by third-party providers.
Any disputes regarding service quality may need to be addressed directly with the respective supplier.
7. Travel Insurance & Responsibility
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. Insurance should cover cancellations, medical emergencies, travel delays, and other unforeseen events.
Travzed shall not be liable for personal injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances such as weather conditions, flight disruptions, natural events, or force majeure situations.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet all entry requirements, health regulations, and travel documentation requirements.
8. Changes & Modifications
Requests for changes to confirmed bookings must be submitted in writing. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Travzed reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to itineraries due to operational requirements, safety concerns, or supplier changes.
Any additional costs arising from changes requested by the client will be communicated prior to confirmation.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Travzed collects personal information solely for the purpose of processing bookings and delivering services.
Client information may be shared with relevant third-party service providers strictly as required to complete travel arrangements.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect personal data and do not sell or misuse client information.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates.
In the event of disputes, both parties agree to attempt resolution through communication and negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
Travzed reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
